Key project settlement process & benefits:

  • Purchaser communication – regular project updates to all purchasers through to final settlement, ensuring purchasers are aware of the final settlement date and have prepared funding early to avoid any delay in settlement.

  • Arrange valuations – arrange and attend valuations with purchaser’s valuer to save the developer’s time and resources.   

  • Defects check – conduct defects check for each apartment two weeks before settlement to allow for the builder to complete any rectification required. This ensures your development is at the highest quality when handed over to the purchasers.     

  • Purchaser inspection - undertake pre-settlement inspections and project walk throughs, including basement carpark, bin room and shared amenity.

  • Property handover – final key and manual handover to the purchasers.
